·         Responsible for Countrywide Commercial, Industrial Sales & Region wise Retail Sales
·         Responsible for region wise Distributor’s network
·         Handling Customer issues & complaints of above-mentioned portfolios
·         Coordination with Logistics team for timely delivery to clients and efficiently handling any issues during the supply process
·         Achieving assigned sales targets with execution of effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and targeted sales campaigns
·         Preparation of annual sale KPI’s for sales team
·         Frequent market visits for acquiring new commercial / industrial clients and offering customized solutions. Frequent visits to existing clients as well for follow ups
·         Handling complete process from sharing quotations to potential customers, negotiations regarding prices (keeping in loop the higher management) till receiving of PO, delivery, submission of Sales Tax Invoices & payments
·         Compilation of different tasks on Power Point / Prezi and presenting them as per requirement
·         Acquiring LPG contracts from Government institutions
·         Preparation of Technical and Financial tender documents for bidding
·         Preparation of marketing content for social media forums (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
·         Closely monitor market dynamics, competitor’s activities and suggest remedial actions to counter competitor’s activities effectively

- Coordination with government / partners for clearance of project NOCs, smooth implementation of projects of relief / emergency General Food Distributions & Cash Based Transfers - Properly assist and help to implement the cash disbursements of Cash for Work Projects - Coordination with projects on monthly, day to day and on need bases for the update of relief projects in the area. - Liaison with TDP secretariat for smooth implementation of the projects of GFD and CBT in erstwhile FATA. - Maintain and develop social network sites and e-communications systems as a partner of UNDP and CESVI for CBT relief emergency - Assist in designing and development of newsletters. Report writing, briefing / talking points drafting for executive for presentation to donors - Drafting of articles, stories of change / success stories, key social messages and publication of other media related reports for CBT emergency relief assistance - Assist with identifying, interviewing and maintaining suitable video or in-person interviews to be used for digital/electronic media/documentaries publicizing programs learning and campaigns - Assist project teams in organizing various events by using appropriate media, communications tools - Report analysis and compilation summary for appropriate actions for the continuation of activities
